Corey Frate is the Grants Coordinator for the Leonard-Litz Foundation, helping the trustees process incoming applications and schedule meeting with the dozen of organizations, new and familiar, who apply for grants or who work regularly with the LLF.
Corey was born and raised in Darien, CT where he also works in municipal government. He is passionate about voting rights and local politics, and strives to be an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. Corey knows how important support for LGBTQ+ organizations doing on-the-ground work can be, and is excited to be part of the process in helping connect organizations with resources to advance the well-being of the community. In his spare time you can find him reading, playing board games with his friends, drinking far too much iced coffee and talking long walks through CT’s beautiful woods and parks.
